Strawberry Delight

Ingredients

Pudding

  • Strawberries big 10-12
  • Milk 500 ml
  • Sugar 4 tbsp or more
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp heaped

Glaze

  • Strawberries 1 cup chopped
  • Sugar 1/4 cup or to taste
  • Water 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • Pudding: Take half cup milk from 500 ml and mix corn flour in it. Keep aside.
  • Blend together strawberries, remaining milk and sugar.
  • Add this to a pan and mix corn flour mixture in it.
  • Cook, stirring continuously, until thickened.
  • Pour into 4 serving bowls.
  • Glaze: Cook strawberries, sugar and water and cook until thickened.
  • Pour over the pudding.
  • Refrigerate before serving. Enjoy!
