Heat oil in a wok and add chicken pieces. Cook until chicken is 100% cooked and ready to eat.
While the chicken is cooking, make teriyaki sauce by mixing together ginger, garlic, oil, soy sauce. oyster sauce, honey, white vinegar, brown sugar, corn flour and a little water from one cup of water.
Mix well until no lumps are left. Add remaining water, mix and add to the chicken.
Cook on low until corn flour thickens. Cooking at low heat will allow ginger and garlic to cook too.
Once the sauce thickens, check for the consistency, if its too thick for you, add little water and bring to a boil.
