Sugar free Strawberry Jam

Ingredients
Strawberries chopped 2 cups
Water 2 tbsp
Chia seeds 2 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Artificial sweetener or more honey
if needed
Instructions
Add the chopped strawberries and water to a cooking pot and cook on lowest flame until soft. Mash using a potato masher.
Now turn the flame off and add honey and chia seeds.
Mix and allow to cool to room temperature.
Transfer to a clean, dry bottle and refrigerate.
Use with a week. Freeze the extra jam in ice cube tray and use as needed.
