Ingredients
Sooji (salmonella) 4 tabsp
Ghee (enough to moisten the Sooji)
Milk 4 Cups
Sugar 4 Tbsp
Instructions
Add sooji to a hot pan.
Add desi ghee and mix so that the Sooji becomes moisten.
Cook and keep stirring at medium heat till color changes and it starts to give off fragrance.
To make its pudding add 4 Tbsp Sooji to 4 cups of milk.
