Sweet Potato Paratha

Ingredients
Sweet potatoes 2
medium size
Wheat flour 2 cups
Fresh coriander 3 tbsp
chopped
Fresh green chilies 1-2 chopped
Salt 1.5 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 3/4 tsp
Dry mango powder
Amchur 1 tsp
Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Clarified Butter
Desi ghee as needed
Instructions
Boil the sweet potatoes. Peel and mash.
Add all the ingredients to the mashed sweet potatoes and mix.
Lastly add wheat flour and knead into a dough. You can add more wheat flour if needed.
Make the dough balls and roll them flat.
Cook the paratha on tawa using desi ghee.
Enjoy with yogurt.
