Tandoori Chicken Pizza (RECIPE FOR 2 LARGE PIZZAS)

Ingredients
Tandoori Spice Mix
Paprika powder/Kashmiri red chili powder 1.5 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Mango powder 1/2 tsp
Dry fenugreek 1/2 tsp
Chicken Marination
Chicken cut into chunks 500 grams
Salt to taste
Tandoori Masala 1 tbsp
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Other ingredients
Oil 2 tbsp
Pizza base
Pizza Sauce
Onions
Red and green bell peppers
Mozzarella cheese
Semolina
Green chilies chopped
Fresh coriander
Charcoal and 1/2 tsp oil
Instructions
Marinate the chicken cubes in salt, tandoori masala, ginger and garlic paste for 30 minutes.
Add 2 tbsp oil to a wok and add the chicken cubes. Cook on high flame until the chicken is cooked through.
Place a small metal bowl in the middle of the wok and add a live charcoal. Pour 1/2 tsp oil on top and immediately cover to allow the smoke to penetrate the chicken.
Sprinkle a pizza pan (if baking in the oven) or frying pan (if cooking on stove top) with some semolina and place the cooked pizza base in the pan.
Apply generous amount of pizza sauce all over the pizza.
Now top with mozzarella cheese, chicken cubes, onions and bell peppers.
Stovetop: Cover and cook on low flame until the cheese melts.
Oven: Bake for 6-7 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 230*C until the cheese is bubbly and browned.
