Tangy Chicken Pieces

Ingredients
Chicken pieces of your choice 1 kg
Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp heaped
Ginger powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Paprika powder 2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Oyster sauce 2 tsp
optional
Ketchup 3 tbsp
Fresh cream 4 tsp
Salt to taste
Chili sauce to taste
Instructions
Mix everything to make a paste and apply on the chicken pieces.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next day, add 3-4 tbsp oil into a wide base pot and arrange the chicken pieces.
Cook on medium to low flame, flipping once or twice, until cooked through.
Serve immediately.
