Vanilla Risotto Rice Pudding

Ingredients
Kiri squares 5 (or Puck or Philadelphia cream cheese 5 tablespoons)
Milk 600 ml
Vanilla 1 tablespoon
Risotto Rice 100 Grams (or any rice of your choice)
Sugar (as needed)
Strawberry Jam
Instructions
Put kiri and milk in a blender and blend.
Add this mixture to a pan.
Add vanilla essence and rice and cook on a medium flame.
When it starts to thicken add sugar. Mix.
Cook until the sugar is well incorporated.
Garnish with strawberry jam.
Cool and serve. Enjoy!
