Red cabbage 1 cup shredded (you can also use regular cabbage)
Carrot 1 grated
1zucchini 1, grated
Corn 1/2 cup (I used frozen)
Green peas 1/2 cup (I used frozen)
Chilli sauce 2 tbsp or more to taste
Salt 1 tsp
Boiled rice 3 cups
Instructions
Add oil to a wok and add green chili, garlic paste and onions
Sauté until lightly browned.
Add shredded red cabbage, carrot, zucchini, corn and green peas and stir fry on high flame for 1-2 minute until a bit cooked but cvggies should not be softened.
Add chili sauce and salt. Mix.
Add boiled rice and stir fry on high heat until mixed up. Serve hot.
