Wheat Flour Brownie

Ingredients
Semi-sweet Chocolate chips 1 cup
Honey/Date syrup 1/3 cup
Eggs 2
room temperature
Wheat flour
aata 1/3 cup
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or on a double boiler.
In a bowl, add eggs and whisk well.
Add date syrup/honey and mix to combine.
Add wheat flour and again mix until there are no lumps.
Lastly, add the melted chocolate chips and mix.
Add the brownie batter to a 9x9 inch baking tray lined with a butter paper.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (lower rod only).
Allow to cool to room temperature before slicing.
Enjoy with tea or coffee.
NOTE: If you are using milk chocolate instead of semi-sweet chocolate, then add less honey otherwise the brownie will be too sweet.
